Terms and Service Disclaimer
Last updated: June 28, 2026
1. Service Scope
Our standard service helps small carriers prepare for an MCS-150 biennial update. The standard packet may include a filing-month check, public-record snapshot review, guided intake review, MCS-150 answer sheet, missing-information checklist, and submission/confirmation checklist.
Unless we agree in writing to a separate assisted-filing scope, the standard service is preparation support only. You remain responsible for final review, accuracy, certification, submission, and recordkeeping.
2. Not an Official Government Service
The official FMCSA biennial update process is available directly from FMCSA, and carriers can complete their own update for free. We charge only for preparation support, document organization, and customer assistance.
3. No Legal, Regulatory, or Operating Authority Advice
We do not provide legal advice, regulatory determinations, safety ratings, insurance advice, tax advice, or operating authority approvals. Information we provide is practical preparation support based on the information available to us and the details you provide.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, reviewing all prepared materials, correcting any errors, deciding whether the update is needed, submitting through the official route, saving confirmation records, and complying with FMCSA requirements that apply to your business.
5. Passwords and Account Access
Do not send Login.gov, FMCSA Portal, email, bank, or other account passwords. If a step requires login, you should log in yourself. We may provide instructions or guided support, but you should keep control of your accounts.
6. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee government acceptance, processing time, continued active status, safety status, authority status, avoidance of penalties, or business outcomes. Government systems, deadlines, and requirements may change. You should verify official instructions before submitting.
7. Turnaround Time
The standard 24-hour turnaround target begins after we receive the required intake information and payment. Complex records, missing information, unclear ownership changes, inactive records, or government system issues may require more time.
8. Payments and Refunds
If we have not started preparing your packet, you can request a refund. Once preparation has started, refunds are limited because the service includes manual review and document preparation. If we cannot deliver the standard packet because of an issue on our side, contact us and we will work to correct it or issue an appropriate refund.
9. Third-Party Websites
We may link to FMCSA, SAFER, Login.gov, Ask FMCSA, payment processors, email providers, or other third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their availability, rules, or content.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version posted on this page applies when you use the website or order the service.
